carryvella ships to customers in the United States. Availability for a particular order is confirmed during checkout based on the delivery details provided.

Order handling

Orders are generally prepared for fulfillment within 1–3 business days. Handling time begins after an order is received and may be separate from the carrier transit estimate.

Estimated delivery timing

Once an order has been fulfilled, estimated transit is 3–15 business days. Delivery estimates are provided as planning guidance and can vary with carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. The applicable shipping charge for an order is presented during checkout before the order is submitted.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is provided after fulfillment. Please use the tracking details supplied with your order to follow the carrier’s progress. Tracking events may take time to appear after a shipment is handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If an address issue, missed delivery, redelivery, or other additional delivery need results from information supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for the associated extra delivery cost.

Delays and delivery questions
