This Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible carryvella orders delivered in the United States. Please read it before starting a return request.

Returns are accepted

We accept eligible returns within 30 days. To be considered for a return, an item must be new and unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to begin a return

Contact us at [email protected] to request return-by-mail guidance. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any return shipment should be sent using the instructions provided for the request, and customers may wish to keep shipment records until the return is resolved.

Review of returned items

After a returned item is received, it is reviewed against the return conditions above. A return that does not meet the stated conditions may not qualify for a refund. We will contact you using the order contact details if further information is needed to review the return.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 days after approval. The time for a refund to appear can also depend on the processing practices of the original payment method.

Incorrect, damaged, or problem orders
